Exchange & Refund Policy
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We will exchange or issue a refund within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase. Items must be in new, unworn/unwashed, resalable condition, and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. Refunds will be made minus shipping costs, except when the return is due to defective merchandise.
All sale items, products noted as final sale in the description, and accessories are FINAL sale.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Sūmatoo LLC. Each piece will be inspected and we will let you know if it is approved for return.

Once we receive the original item(s) and your package is processed, you will receive a refund in the form of payment that was received (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive the items for it to be processed and an exchanged item to be shipped. If receiving a refund, please allow 10-14 business days after processing time for refund to show on your bank statement.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sūmatoo LLC is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. In addition, we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit as we can only credit you for items physically received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D.
