Exchanges and Refunds

Sūmatoo LLC will gladly exchange or issue a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn/unwashed, resalable condition, and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. Refunds will be made minus shipping costs, except when the return is due to defective merchandise.

All sale items, products noted as final sale in the description, and accessories are FINAL sale.

Once we receive the original item(s) and your package is processed, you will receive a refund in the form of payment that was received (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive the items for it to be processed and an exchanged item to be shipped. If receiving a refund, please allow 10-14 business days after processing time for refund to show on your bank statement.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sūmatoo LLC is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. In addition, we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit as we can only credit you for items physically received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D.

Shipping Method

Generally we ship via UPS ground. You may also select to ship UPS 2nd day for an additional $10.00 to the standard shipping charges. Occasionally we use USPS Priority Mail or 2 day orders.

At this time we only ship within the Continental United States not including Alaska. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipping Time

Standard orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. They usually take 5-7 days to arrive to you after they have left our warehouse.

2nd day orders are typically shipped next business day after receiving your order. They usually take 2-3 days to arrive to you once that have left our warehouse.
